**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Place orders and follow up on their progress
- Maintain and update supplier information, such as contact details and delivery lead times
- Review and analyze data, such as sales and delivery reports, to optimize purchasing decisions
- Manage inventory levels and reorder points
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Monitor market prices and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Prepare and present reports to management on purchasing activities and market trends
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, supply chain management, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Personal or professional experience with fitness is an asset.
