This position represents the face of Olympic Dust Control and is trusted to work collaboratively with customers to ensure our quality standards are being upheld. **Requirements**: - **Valid G class Driver's license and a clean Driver's Abstract** - **Ability to lift up to 30-75 lbs**: - Strong geographic knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area - Excellent written/verbal communication skills - Strong problem solving/negotiating and customer focus skills - Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with successful sales techniques - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Self-motivated and driven to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet ultimate goals - A positive & professional attitude **Responsibilities**: - Proactively delivering and picking up floor mats to various customers and businesses in the GTA - Reviewing ordered mats before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied - Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules - Promote safe driving practices, abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record - Provide excellent customer/client experience - Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a friendly, timely and efficient manner - Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, load sheets and cash/checks within appropriate time frames - Collect and accept payments for delivered and or replaced mats **Benefits**: - Dental, Medical, Life (after clean three month probation) - Driver of the Month and other incentives - Potential for additional commission pay (after 3 months probation) - At Olympic Dust Control we specialize in mat rental services providing clean fresh mats to businesses on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
