- **About This Opportunity**:
Here's a sparkling opportunity for a Production Supervisor looking to lead a team and optimize the operation of a large supply chain. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing products using safe and efficient processes, while supervising production team members. This opportunity is for our production center located in Lachine.
**Overnight shift, 9:30pm to 6:30am**

**Responsibilities**:

- Employee management, including scheduling, absences, staffing, training, evaluation and development, and all other aspects related to managing a production team in a unionized environment.
- Support efficiency and key performance indicators
- Manage the manufacturing process, including mixing, filling and packaging
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns or operation stoppages that have resulted in downtime
- Verify production line readiness for start-up
- Manage overall packaging and product quality to ensure compliance with all packaging and flavor standards and specifications, at the best possible production cost

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;
- Have a minimum of four (2) years' experience in a unionized manufacturing and production environment, with a minimum of two (2) years as a direct supervisor of a team;
- Experience in cleaning and sanitation would be considered an asset;
- Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English
- Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health and safety standards, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO standards;
- Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodology tools for problem solving and leadership performance;
- Intermediate computer and database skills; SAP is an asset
