Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
- Make court appearances to represent clients in traffic ticket cases.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to coordinate case details.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.

Qualifications:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification
- Previous experience in a legal setting, particularly in traffic law, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for court appearances as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
