Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
- Great Hourly Pay $25.21 per hour
- Schedule: First Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

- Products Being Handled: Tires
- Equipment: Stand-up and Sit-Down Forklifts
- Forklift Experience Required
- Auditing experience / Cycle Counting Experience Required

**Summary**

The purpose of the Material Handler II is to accurately transfer product, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, load/unload trailers, move product throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.

**Essential Functions**

**Pull orders accurately as assigned.**

**Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location**

**Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer. Recognize damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action when discovered**

**Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logístical process**

**Be aware of and follow location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures**

**May be required to train others in various warehouse functions, including the safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipment. Perform housekeeping duties**

**Additional Responsibilities**

**Some locations may require a Motor Vehicles Records (MVR) check as a part of the background screening process to drive a company vehicle as needed.**

**Performs other duties as assigned.**

**Skills and Abilities**

**Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for the purposes of safety, work instructions, policies, etc**

**Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted**

**Ability to input data into computer system(s) in use**

**Work overtime as assigned**

**Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)**

**Ability to work independently and as member of a team**

**Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management skills**

**Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment**

**Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices**

**Qualifications**

**H.S. diploma/GED preferred**

**One (1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred**

**One (1 year or more powered industrial lift experience preferred**

**Powered industrial truck certification**

**Safety Sensitive**

**Non-Regulated Tech-Operate fork-lift equipment or other warehouse machinery**
