Roofer/labourer

**Overview**
We are seeking experienced Roofers or General Laborers to lend a hand on a 45,000 Sq Ft Roof. The roof is Standing Seam metal roof (No experience in Metal Roofing necessary but would be considered an asset).

A strong work ethic could lead to additional work after this project is completed.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as required.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as needed for specific tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by reporting any issues promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
