**Customer Service Representative**

JGV Services Incorporated is offering janitorial services for commercial properties and housekeeping for residential homes. We also have a car wash shop that also caters detailing services. We can also do other general contracting work.

**The Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies; Answer written and oral inquiries; Address customer's complaints or concerns; Answer inquiries and provide information to customers; arrange for billing for services; Issue receipts and other forms; Maintain records and statistics; Order office supplies and maintain inventory;

**Qualifications**:
.College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for own work while receiving instruction from supervisors or managers on how to respond to different types of messages from the customer or other employees.
- Ability to listen actively for the needs of the customer and respond in a timely manner using good judgment and within company guidelines.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watson Lake, YT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
