**Concrete Labourer/Finisher - Select Sprinklers**

We are looking to fill the position of Concrete Labourer and Concrete Finisher/Crew Lead.

**About the Company;**

**Job Description;**

As a concrete labourer you will help on job sites and assist crew lead in anything they need which may include hauling material, dumping, minor concrete finishing, clean-up.

As a concrete finisher or crew lead you be in charge of a team of 1-3 other employees, completing jobs such as, paver repairs and replacement, concrete demo, prep, and installation, and other flatwork and hardscape work.

With Select serving several industries, opportunities may arise to help out on other sites assisting in different kinds of work.

**Job Requirements;**

To be successful in this position, you must bring a strong work ethic, be dependable and reliable, be physically fit, as well as have a mode of transportation to get to and from job-sites / company office.

Attention to detail, assertiveness and being pro-active within this role will see fast advancement in position and pay.

Labourer:
Experience in outdoor work, landscaping, concrete, construction is an asset.

Feel comfortable driving 1 ton trucks, and towing a trailer of material or equipement.

Finisher/Crew Lead

2+ years finishing and placing concrete is required for crew lead and finisher.

Ability to run a small crew.

Dealing directly with customers, homeowners, and project managers.

Must be able to replace / install bricks and pavers.

Have necessary skills of driving trucks, and pulling trailers.

Ability to install coloured and stamped concrete is a major asset.

Steel Toe Boots + Work Pants / Shorts required

Company Apparel to be worn and displayed while on-site, work pants or black shorts, company shirt, hi-vis and hat. All to be provided in adequate quantities to enable this process.

**Starting wage**:$28.00-45.00 per hour + O.T. Based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
