The **Accounting Clerk** performs a variety of accounting tasks to produce the financial information required for subsequent analysis, while ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines. Join a fast-growing company focused on process automation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.**
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements as part of the external audit process, while ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
- Support the preparation of various accounting and operational documents.
- Perform accounting analysis and manage the full accounting cycle.
- Review and record supplier invoices, ensuring data accuracy and proper authorization.
- Follow up with suppliers and assist with administrative tasks.
- Monitor employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions; validate invoices and proof of payment.
- Compile and transmit data and other information to support business activities.
- File supplier invoices, daily reports, and various documents.
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure account balances are accurate.

**Internal Controls & Accounting Processes**:

- Assist in the implementation, documentation, and updating of tools, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, team performance, and the quality of financial information—particularly by maximizing the use of accounting or point-of-sale systems.
- Support special projects and perform other analyses as needed.

**Operations & Customer Service**:

- Respond to occasional operational report requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (an asset).
- Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Capable of handling pressure, managing priorities, and navigating peak periods.
- Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills; able to complete tasks methodically, thoroughly, and efficiently.
- Proactive, autonomous, persistent, and flexible.
- Shows integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of ethics.
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset.
- Full-time position based in Sherbrooke or Montreal._
