**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular mobile patrols of assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and rule infractions.
- Monitor premises and surroundings to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and reported disturbances.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting daily patrol activities, incidents, and irregularities such as property damage, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
- Enforce security policies by addressing violations and issuing warnings when necessary.
- Provide professional assistance and support to clients, staff, and visitors during patrols.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Security Guard Licence (required)
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, loss prevention, or surveillance is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technology is considered an asset.
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
