Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to fill a dual role as a Delivery Driver and Maintenance Specialist. This unique combination position involves delivering our products to customers with a focus on timely service, along with performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Driver Duties:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders while providing excellent customer service.
- Load and unload products, maintaining product integrity throughout the delivery process.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Maintenance Specialist Duties:
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Conduct minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment and machinery as needed.
- Execute repairs and regular plant maintenance as required to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility's
- Collaborate with the management team to identify potential equipment issues and provide solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
