Green Car Tires is a growing tire dealer dedicated to providing top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Wheel Alignment Technician** to join our busy shop.

If you are an expert in precision alignment and have extensive, hands-on experience with **Hunter Engineering equipment**, we want to talk to you This is a fantastic opportunity to maximize your earning potential with a rewarding blend of a guaranteed base wage and excellent commission opportunities.

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform precise two-wheel and four-wheel alignments on a variety of passenger vehicles and light trucks.
- Utilize and maintain our state-of-the-art **Hunter Alignment Systems** (e.g., HawkEye Elite, WinAlign software, etc.) to deliver accurate results.
- Diagnose steering, suspension, and tire wear issues that relate to alignment problems.
- Perform necessary repairs, including adjustments and replacement of suspension and steering components (tie rods, control arms, shocks/struts, etc.).
- Complete all work orders and digital inspections accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding required work and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Proven experience (minimum 2 years suggested)** as a Wheel Alignment Technician or Automotive Technician specializing in alignments.
- **REQUIRED: Extensive, demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting with Hunter Engineering alignment systems and software.**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive steering and suspension systems.
- ASE certification (preferred, but not required).
- Own a complete set of professional tools required for the job.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
