**Description**:
You will be supported in your practice by veteran colleagues and have specialists available to refer to within the WELL network of clinics.
**Vacation / CME Leave**:No strict policy around time off. We hope that physicians ensure that patients who rely on the clinic and care have a great chance of seeing a doctor in your absence. With adequate notice, our dedicated scheduling team will work with you to find locum coverage.
**Additional Benefits**:
- Qualifying physicians will be offered financial and/or equity-based incentives to start or migrate their practice to our Clayton Heights location.
- Extremely flexible scheduling and take advantage of WELL Health's Virtual Care solution (virtualclinics.ca) which can be used while in clinic or from your own home.
- WELL will support transferring patient records, training on OSCAR EMR, assist with EMR migration costs, and will address financial obligations for physicians interesting in moving their practice to this location.
- Amenities in the area include free parking for doctors. We are in the same plaza as Save On Pharmacy and have two Life Lab locations within 5 minutes of the clinic. The clinic location is 20 minutes to Surrey Central Sky Train Station which provides access to the rest of the Lower Mainland. We also have an in-clinic physiatrist and in-house EMG (neurodiagnostic).
**Education**:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License **Experience**:We welcome experienced physicians, new graduates or IMG's.
**Certifications**:Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA), Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP).
