Business Analyst with experience in Payments and Finance domains to join its Common Platforms organization. This role will work closely with Payment Platform Product Managers and Architects, Product Business Units, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Finance and Platform needs

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the payments and subscription management services product backlog.
- Ensure coverage across key industry bodies.
- Drive scalability and reliability improvements to an international payments system processing hundreds of millions a year (and growing fast)
- Experiment with optimizations to both recurring billing patterns and consumer facing payments.
- Monitor emerging trends, industry developments, regulatory change and security enhancements across the Globe.
- Establish relationships with global community leaders for proposition development and effective implementation planning.
- Understand and enhance complete payment orchestrator to reduce the authorization or transactions failure.
- Take ownership of the payment process end to end, including checkout and recurring billing optimization, fraud reduction, collections, and financial reporting
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams (including risk, legal, engineering, finance, design, marketing,) to identify, document and evaluate product requirements, roadmaps, and proformas.
- Work closely with user design, project management, and engineering teams in an agile environment to launch products.
- Work collaboratively across Product & Projects, Sales, Legal, Marketing, Digital, Service & Operations, third party service providers and other business functions to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
- Effectively manage compliance and risk across the portfolio
- Deliver regular reporting and analysis across the domestic payables & receivables portfolio to generate actionable insights.
- Evangelize CyberSource/STRIPE/Adyen/Chase Payments processing capabilities and work closely with Sales and Support to drive product market launches.

- B.E/Any Graduation Equivalent
