**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage electrical systems including security, fire alarm, and telecommunication systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installations and repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts and configurations.
- Conduct software troubleshooting on computer hardware related to low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide technical support for clients, addressing any issues related to low voltage systems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in low voltage electrical work or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for various electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $17.77-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:

- Low voltage permit: 1 year (required)
