Overview:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Provide training and guidance to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry or related field
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff is a plus
