**TYCROP **is looking for an **Assembler** to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

**Responsibilities**:

- The installation of purchased, assembled and preassembled chassis, fenders, fixtures and components of large equipment
- Mechanical or fabrication tasks as per the production schedule
- Assemble product components to maintain published schedule as directed
- Examine product for proper fit and function
- Helping the direct areas to maintain production schedule(s)
- Lift/move assemblies & components to and on to the production line
- Completion of assigned tasks
- Prepare & maintain all associated production documentation
- Examine all work performed in assigned areas
- Conduct installation inspections
- Practice safe work procedures at all times; lead by example
- Demonstrates both ability and desire to improve process and reduce waste

**Qualifications**:

- High school or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques an asset

**Skills**:

- Understand basic layout of patterns, schematics and blueprints
- Follow oral and written instructions; maintain cooperative working relationships; demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Air system, chassis, hydraulic, mechanical knowledge
- Operate general hand & air tools for assembly and installations
- Operation of hand tools/power tools/ all measurement equipment/basic welding skills
