**Responsabilités du poste**

Les tâches incluent, sans s’y limiter:

- Vérifier la qualité et l’utilisabilité des fichiers clients (généralement des logos d’entreprise)
- Positionner et dimensionner les visuels sur les gabarits de produits
- Appliquer les couleurs ou effets et envoyer les épreuves numériques aux clients
- Proposer des options de mise en page tout en respectant les directives de marque et les contraintes d’impression
- Préparer et découper les fichiers vectoriels selon les différents procédés d’impression
- Exporter les fichiers prépresse selon les directives établies pour l’usine
- Reproduire un visuel vectoriel à partir d’une image rasterisée si nécessaire
- Répondre occasionnellement aux courriels de l’équipe du service à la clientèle concernant la qualité des visuels ou des commandes
- Remarque : Ce poste est davantage technique que créatif, bien que la créativité soit appréciée lors de la proposition de mises en page adaptées._

**Compétences et exigences**

- Certificat en design graphique ou expérience équivalente
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine graphique
- Sens du détail, débrouillardise, fiabilité et précision
- Excellente approche du service client
- Esprit d’équipe exceptionnel et bonnes aptitudes en communication
- Maîtrise de **CorelDRAW 2024** et **Adobe Illustrator 2025** (plateforme PC); utilisation occasionnelle **d’Adobe Photoshop 2025**
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, à établir les priorités et à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
- Ponctualité et professionnalisme

**Atouts**

- Expérience avec les procédés d’impression : sérigraphie, quadrichromie, gaufrage, gravure
- Connaissance de l’industrie des produits promotionnels
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais parlé et écrit)

**Responsibilities**:
Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Verifying the usability of customer artwork (typically company logos)
- Placing and sizing artwork on product templates
- Suggesting layout options while respecting logo guidelines and imprint limitations
- Preparing and dissecting vector artwork files for various printing processes
- Exporting prepress files according to factory guidelines
- Redrawing vector artwork from raster images when needed
- Responding to Customer Service inquiries about artwork usability and order details
- Note: This role is more technical than creative, though creativity is valued when advising on layout solutions._

**Skills & Requirements**

- Certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant graphics experience
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, responsible, and accurate
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent team spirit and communication skills
- Proficiency in **CorelDRAW 2024** and **Adobe Illustrator 2025** (PC platform); occasional use of **Adobe Photoshop 2025**
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and dependable

**Assets**

- Experience with imprint processes: Silk Screening, 4-Color Process, Debossing, Engraving
- Familiarity with the Promotional Product Industry
- Bilingual (spoken and written French/English)
