Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Interpreter and guide to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with an amazing experience and safe tour(s). If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and providing professional guided tours, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide local and historical interpretation
- Maintain a high level of 'duty if care'
- Maintain gear, equipment and vehicles
- Provide safe and exciting adventures
- Assist with cultural understanding and sensitivity when necessary
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role is an asset
- Strong public speaking and communication skills are also an asset
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive information
- Leadership skills to guide conversations and facilitate effective communication
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and protocols is a plus
- Experience in customer service or education is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canmore, AB T1W 2A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 or Class 4 Drivers Licence? (preferred)
