5 Star Services and Products is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Web Marketing Manager** to lead our digital marketing efforts. This key role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies that will enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase brand visibility.

As the Web Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our website, overseeing SEO, content creation, social media campaigns, and paid advertising efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital marketing strategies align with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee and manage website content, ensuring SEO optimization, functionality, and an engaging user experience.
- Manage and update content on WordPress, ensuring the website is fully optimized for design and performance.
- Oversee and create engaging content for social media platforms while monitoring audience engagement.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate and manage paid advertising efforts on platforms like Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or web content management.
- Proficiency in WordPress, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make strategic recommendations.

**Salary**: $48.63/hour

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
