We are currently after someone with experience in service writing and parts sales to join our team of long-term employees. **Job Function**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Opening repair orders with all applicable information, including customer concerns & confirming all customer information is current
- Gathering and coordinating parts for service jobs
- Scheduling jobs for technicians
- Processing warranty jobs with appropriate companies
- Following up with costumers on work previously performed
- Placing special orders for customers and technicians
- Processing payment transactions by customers in person and over the phone
- Assisting the Parts & Service Manager with day-to-day business operations

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of 4 Stroke vs 2 Stroke Engines
- Basic knowledge of Boats, ATV'S, Side by Sides, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, Outboard motors, Inboard Motors, & Generators
- Retail experience in power sports and recreational products or automotive background
- Must have customer service skills, organizational skills and pay attention to detail
