**Job Details**:

- Salary: $15.50/hour.
- Part Time - 2 times a week - 3 hours per night

**Requirements**:

- You must have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from work as public transportation is not available
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend
- Must have an eye for detail, and take pride in your work

**The job involves but is not limited to**:

- Dusting and cleaning surface areas and counter surfaces.
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood/laminate or tiled floors.
- Using vacuum equipment; vacuums and cleaning carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal.
- Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
- Cleaning sinks, basins, toilets, and showers in private and public bathrooms.
- Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
- Restocking of restroom supplies.
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Expectations are as follows:

- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Training will be provided, however, experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines;
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
- General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
- Able to work nights and possibly some weekends if requested
