We are currently seeking a **passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)** to join our vibrant team. If you’re committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate programs that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth
- Build caring, responsive, and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe, document, and assess children's development to support individualized learning
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and leadership to ensure high standards of care and education
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to support family engagement
- Uphold all licensing regulations and health and safety standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)**:

- A strong understanding of **How Does Learning Happen?** and emergent curriculum
- Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- A warm, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Experience working in licensed childcare is a strong asset
