**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various construction tasks such as plumbing, roofing, drywall installation, concrete forming, and masonry work
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete projects efficiently
- Assist in estimating materials and labor costs for construction projects
- Assemble and dismantle structures as needed
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor when required

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in construction-related tasks such as drywall, concrete forming, masonry, and roofing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in a team environment and contribute to project success

Pay: $25.26-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Squirrel Cove, BC V0P 1T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
