This full-time position plays a critical role in the behind-the-scenes success of our field teams. The Shop Laborer is responsible for ensuring our equipment, vehicles, and shop remain clean, well-stocked, and organized.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain the shop area to ensure a safe and organized workspace
- Wash and clean company trucks and heavy equipment regularly
- Track incoming and outgoing tools/equipment
- Assist with inventory checks and stocking of supplies
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
- Pick up and deliver materials as required
- Keep tool rooms and storage areas orderly
- Promote a clean, efficient, and safety-conscious workspace
