**Responsibilities**:
As a Recycling Sorter, you will play a crucial role in our recycling operations, contributing to the efficient processing of recyclable materials. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Sorting**: Accurately sorting various recyclables, such as paper, glass, plastics, and metals, from incoming waste streams.
- ** Quality Control**: Ensuring that only acceptable materials are included in the recycling process and identifying and removing contaminants.
- ** Safety Compliance**: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- ** Equipment Operation**: Operating and maintaining sorting equipment as needed.
