We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Assistant** to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of product fulfillment and day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee product fulfillment operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders and inventory management.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow, including marketing, production, and customer service.
- Maintain records of orders, shipments, and logistics for fulfillment processes.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor office supplies, assist with organizational assignments when necessary.
- Take on ad hoc tasks to support company growth and executive functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a product-based business.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
