**Position Expectations**:
- Creating memorable guest experiences.
- Recruitment, hiring, and training. This includes everything from creating and overseeing training paths, advocating service standards, and ongoing testing for existing staff. Ensuring team training packages are complete and product knowledge is maintained.
- Team leadership and coaching.
- Daily administrative responsibilities.
- Weekly/Monthly inventory, ordering and COGs reconciliations.
- Assisting CEO in business growth strategies.
**Skills, Assets, and Requirements**:
- Minimum 2yrs experience in the food service/hospitality industry.
- Passion For our guests, for our team, and for our company.
- Full schedule flexibility - including the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to maintain our standards of quality, service and professionalism at all times.
- Prioritizes team safety, health and hygiene.
- A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of those around them to promote a confident, positive, and successful work environment.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
