**Job Overview**

As a Sales Admissions Representative, you will be instrumental in boosting our student enrollment by interacting with prospective students through multiple communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, guiding students through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our institution.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, offering detailed information about our programs, admissions process, and career opportunities.

Admissions Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for our programs and provide personalized guidance on program requirements and career paths.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with other departments to facilitate a smooth transition for admitted students and address any concerns that may arise.

Recruitment Events: Represent the institution at recruitment events such as college fairs and open houses, promoting our programs and engaging with potential students.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in educational policies to provide up-to-date information and advice to prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Must have previous experience in admissions at a Canadian post Secondary institute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other admissions software is a plus.

Pay: $47,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8W 2E7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Industry: 2 years (preferred)
