The Aulde Dubliner & Pour House is a 2-storey pub on the busiest corner in the Byward Market, it offers upscale pub food and boasts itself as having the best Guinness in the city.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure that the food, drink, and ambience are of high quality.
- Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared according to our specifications.
- Maintain an attractive appearance of the bar area and uphold the standards of the bar and staff.
- Pour drinks at the bar.
- Supervise others overseeing the bar.

The bar manager will also have the opportunity to take bartending shifts.

Pay: From $18.15 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- serving: 3 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
