**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and accommodate guest requests.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional hospitality skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
- A willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
