**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for ownership.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership and support to all team members.
- Oversee guest relations to address concerns promptly and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on customer service excellence and hospitality best practices.
- Recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel staff.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in hotel management is essential.
- Leadership experience is required, with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
- Previous experience with the IHG Brand is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
