Your responsibilities include helping ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition. In addition, this job requires that the employee keep the dish washing machine station, three-compartment sink, and related areas clean. We are looking for someone who can work during the week and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Sous Chef.
- Participates in establishing and maintaining a spiritual atmosphere in the kitchen.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dishwashing in a Restaurant: 3 years (required)
