The **Bulk Cheese Warehouse **is a local family owned and operated establishment that has been in business for 35 years. Our butcher shop has won "Best Butcher Shop" in Saskatoon for many years and we take pride in serving great food for the local community. We are hiring a **Meat Cutter/Sausage Maker** to work primarily at our **51st St production facility**. Duties include: - Cutting and trimming primals to retail specifications - Ensure product meets company standards - Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment - ensure safe equipment handling: guards in place, equipment is in good working condition - Work with management to plan weekly production schedule - Produce various types of sausage and other butchery products - Maintain and clean the cutting room including equipment to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines - Contribute to product development - Standing for long periods, fast paced, and the ability to lift heavy boxes is required. Compensation depends on level of experience.
