- _Provide cost estimates to Sales department of BOM for new acquisitions._
- _Define and execute strategy on every new awarded business to achieve established targets._
- _Effectively cooperate with CAT PUR, following given sourcing and suppliers strategies._
- _Implement advanced negotiation concepts on sourcing to maximize benefit._
- _Prepare final sourcing documentation and transfer it to Pant Purchasing_
- _Identify and develop local or Best Cost Country suppliers_

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- _Drive marker research activities for new technologies/solutions_
- _To recommend components derivatives and component or production process innovations to the project team and other interface partners._
- _Coordinate Early Supplier Involvement activities to optimize design and manufacturability of the components._
