As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a diligent and results-driven Collection Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Collection Agent at Cloud Notary Services Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing overdue accounts and facilitating the collection process. You will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues impacting timely payment and contribute to the development of strategies to minimize delinquencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies to maximize recovery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection process.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards governing debt collection practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices is desirable.

Expected hours: 40 per week
