**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver with excellent customer services skills to join our team. We have a new well-maintained fleet with a family atmosphere. Must have a clean class 1 drivers' license, a 5-year commercial abstract (within the last 30 days). Must be able to operate a truck and trailer combo and drive-in-all-weather conditions.
Preference will be given to applicants that have training in Cargo Securement, hours of service, pre-trip inspections. Must have H2S Alive, First Aid and CSO.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight over long distances.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
- Perform basic automotive repair tasks as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment when necessary for loading and unloading.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License), with minimum experience of 5 years.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is desirable.
- Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during transport.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
