**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in cutting materials according to specifications provided by project plans.
- Prepare materials for fabrication and welding processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist welders and fabricators as needed to expedite project timelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace hazards.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, you are competent with a measuring tape, and can make accurate cuts straight and mitres.
- Basic understanding of welding and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
