Construction Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be called upon to coordinate activities on our construction sites, and to supervise all site personnel, including those of our subcontractors. More specifically, the site supervisor's responsibilities are as follows:

- Comply with the various work instructions and guidelines, protocols and procedures arising from our quality control systems and other company policies;
- Supervise and document construction activities on site;
- Organize and direct subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of work;
- Liaise with project managers, consultants and designers, as well as with internal and external team members;
- Effectively resolve problems encountered on site; Provide updates on progress and forecast trends of field work to Project Managers;
- A college diploma in civil, mining or equivalent technical engineering;
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Experience in projects related to mining, site rehabilitation, demolition and/or infrastructure is desirable;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Bilingualism an asset (French/English);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Available to work on site, on rotation, anywhere in Quebec;
