**Job Summary**

The Service Greeter’s primary responsibility is to be the ambassador of the Service Department. The Service Greeter will ensure each customer is greeted in a friendly and professional manner and they are provided with direction regarding their service needs.

The Service Greeter will ensure the utmost in quality customer service displaying professionalism and efficiency. The Service Greeter will be an outstanding team player.

**What you offer**

**Some of the tasks of this position include**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that customers are greeted promptly and professional upon arrival to the Service Department
- Greeter will direct customers accordingly and provide assistance as required
- Vehicle porter will ensure that vehicles are treated with respect and care
- Moving vehicles on the lot; will be required to work in inclement weather (all seasons)
- Provide general assistance within the dealership, as required and directed. Tasks may include but not limited to such duties as: sweeping indoors/outdoors, organizing files (work orders), etc.
- Attend and actively participating in scheduled Service Department meetings
- Attend training /seminar courses as required
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Highway Traffic Act, etc.)
- Any other responsibilities are required and/or as assigned

**Education and Qualification**
- Completion of Secondary Education
- Valid Driver’s licence and Driver’s Abstract to meet insurance provider eligibility

**Language**
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Bilingualism, an asset

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 12 pm

Rotational Saturdays in spring/fall peak seasons

**Pay Structure**:
$15.50 Hourly

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
