**_We are looking for full-time and part-time Guest Services staff to provide the best experience for our Tommy Gun's Barber Shop guests_**

**Required Skills**:

- Willingness to learn, training is provided
- Interest in Barbering/Mens Grooming industry
- Works well in fast paced environment
- Good multitasker
- Comfortable standing
- Tech savvy

- Driven to achieve goals and grow

**Responsibilities include**:

- Excellence in Customer Service and Guest interaction
- Managing the wait list and working with Barbers
- Follow the Tommy Guns system
- Share National Promotions with Guests
- Open/close duties
- POS/transaction
- Support overall barbershop cleanliness
- Retail Sales
- Any other duties outlined by shop manager
