**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insight and guidance to senior management on financial performance
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash management and capital raising activities
- Manage the tax function, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee the internal audit function, ensuring that the company's internal controls are effective and efficient
- Balance sheet management including budgeting, reporting, forecasting and optimizing receivables both near term and longer term
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulators

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- At least 10 -15 years of experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
- International experience in the technology services or consulting industry is strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand complex financial concepts and communicate them effectively to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that support business objectives
- Acquisition integration experience
- Experience supporting lenders and investors and with putting together and dealing with a bank consortium
- Budget planning experience, including forward looking projections
- Experience with creating and reviewing reporting package for boards
- Experience managing cash collections
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity and ethical standards

**Job Type**: Permanent
