We are looking for a permanent, full-time Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to work in a fun, energetic family and holistic wellness practice, where patients love coming in for the experience and quality care they receive

**Experience**: Relevant professional office or clinic experience is preferred. Having a kinesiology or rehab background is an asset. Customer service industry experience is an asset. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, and requires someone with exceptional communication and people skills.

Mondays 7:30am to 10:30am; 3:00pm to 6:30pm
Tuesdays 3:00pm to 6:30pm
Wednesdays 7:30am to 10:30am; 3:00pm to 6:30pm
Thursdays 7:30am to 10:30am; 3:00pm to 6:30pm

We have split shifts with early mornings and late evenings. Additional hours are sometimes required for administration work (outside of the above posted times).

**Duties**: This is **mainly a receptionist role**, which will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling in the EHR system, taking payments, setting up care plans, operating computer software rapidly & efficiently, other office clerical duties, and assisting with clinic patient flow. You _may_ be required to assist with patient examinations, home care demonstrations, as well as assisting the Doctor with miscellaneous tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
