**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure effective learning.
- Utilize various educational tools and resources, including computerized programs, to enhance the learning experience.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive relationship with students to promote motivation and self-esteem.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of tutoring methodologies and educational best practices.
- Experience working with children, including those with special education needs.
- Ability to educate effectively using various teaching techniques tailored to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students' needs effectively.
- Familiarity with computerized educational tools is preferred.
