Showroom Consultant

**Job Summary**

We are a Local Family business looking for someone in our showroom role. We specialize in Bathrooms, so a knowledge of Plumbing and related products and home improvements are useful.

Working with clients is a big part of this position and Maturity is necessary.

**Welcome and guide customers in the showroom**. **providing professional advice and assistance to customers**. You will guide them through product selections and support their purchasing decisions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and showroom standards.Maintain showroom display and ensure a customer-friendly environment. The adviser will also support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team.

you would be working as part of a Team working with our showroom manager and other members of our team. We are looking for someone that can Grow in time as its more than just greeting clients as we are looking for someone that takes the role seriously with maturity.

other duties will also include helping in the warehouse at times, so an ability to help lift Boxes and other things in our warehouse from time to time is necessary. Also, things like helping keep the showroom area clean is necessary. so getting your hands dirty at times is part of the role.

And working with our various suppliers is also part of the role.

And,... we are a Dog friendly facility, as various employee's do take their dogs to work with them.

The compensation is primarily an hourly wage. if little or no experience in our industry, then the compensation is likely in the $22 per hour range to start and then once you are more proficient & experienced, we will move the hourly range up to more like $25- $26 per hour. Plus there will be opportunity for bonus and commissions on top of this. so the annual income is in the range of $60K to $70K is realistic. Hours of work are 830 - 430 Monday to Friday.
