**Supply Chain Planning Supervisor**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate production workflow for Grid and Specialty Ceilings products with Production Supervisors and Leadership.
- Plan and organize production sequences to maximize efficiency while minimizing delay and scrap.
- Determine operational sequence, run hours, equipment and raw materials needed to run products.
- Monitor work orders to ensure they finish on time and within budget. Compare theoretical run rates with actual.
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption to production and customer.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of scrap, unexpected delays, additional sequences) to improve on future planning and quoting.
- Manage Specialty raw material inventory.
- Investigate Plant Quality issues and customer complaints as they arise.
- Collaborate with quality control, production, supply chain, customer service and outside service providers.
- Oversee outside service provider workflow (3rd party painting, decorating etc.).
- Oversee quotation process of custom Grid and Specialty Ceilings products.
- Oversee item setup phase of Grid and Specialty Ceilings products.
- Responsible for 2 direct reports (Production Coordinators).
- Provide vacation and emergency coverage for direct reports.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High School Diploma required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience with production planning and coordination.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Experience with managing third party vendors and outside processing.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Oracle and Salesforce.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong math and statistical data analysis skills.
