About Us

The Project Manager is responsible for building and leading a multi-disciplinary integrated Project Team that is tasked with achieving the fiscal commitments of the Project while providing an excellent solution delivery experience to our Customers and growth opportunities for OSI team members.

Main Responsibilities
- Working with the supervising PM/Program Manager build and retaining a highly performing Project Team
- Providing timely performance feedback to the Project Team
- Delivering Projects on budget and schedule and to the satisfaction of Customers and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for providing accurate, stable resource and financial forecasts
- Responsible for achieving Project margin, revenue and cash flow commitments and other objectives as agreed
- Representing OSI at Customer meetings
- Understanding and managing all key Project Stakeholders
- Building excellent Customer relationships
- Growing the scope of the Project and laying the groundwork for future business
- Identifying process deficiencies and recommending and implementing improvements
- Distributes work packages to the team and monitors progress throughout the project cycle against schedule and budget; acts to ensure problem resolution is taking place as necessary
- Executing Project Controls, including but not limited to:

- As agreed with the supervising PM/Program Manager delivering the IPPR including baselined budget and scope on schedule
- Maintaining the Project Risk Register advising stakeholders of the Project risk profile on a regular basis
- Maintaining the Project Schedule and ensures that internal stakeholders are aware of their delivery obligations
- Providing the customer with frequent updates on the Project
- Providing routine and regular project reports to the Director, Programs as well as other internal and external stakeholders
- Managing any sub-contractors that are part of the project team
- Working with the PMO Financial Controls Team to understand and ensure that financial objectives of the Project are met
- Ensure the Project is executed according to the OSI QMS
- Ensure the Project complies with applicable Regulatory requirements

**You Bring**:
**Education**: Degree preferably in Engineering or a related technical discipline. A degree in Business Administration or related discipline is acceptable; PMP/APM/PRINCE2 an asset.

**Experience**: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Project Co-coordinator role with demonstrated success handling a succession of projects of increasing complexity culminating in end-to-end responsibility for moderately complex projects.

**Skills**: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); good understanding of business concepts; ability to think creatively and work independently; strong skills in organizing and facilitating project work flow between applicable parties; strong team building, customer relationship and leaderships skills; commitment driven and success oriented.
