**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry according to project specifications
- Perform cabinet fit-up, laminating, sanding, and staining
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in cabinet making
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with laminates, veneers, and solid wood
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must provide **3 cabinet shop references**
