Required immediately. Part-time cleaner to work late afternoons/evenings Monday to Friday in Penticton cleaning office buildings. This is a Permanent year round position approximately 20-25 hours per week. Starting time is approximately 4:00-4:30pm.

Applicants must have experience in all aspects of commercial cleaning. Must be reliable, punctual and able to follow a schedule. Please note this is a physically demanding job.

You will be working as a member of a team. You must have a valid BC drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to the meeting place. Must have mobile phone and no criminal record.

Duties include: cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, vacuuming carpets, mats, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and wiping down hard surfaces, cleaning glass, spot washing marks from walls, removing garbage and recycling to disposal bins, ensuring customers offices are clean and presentable, turning off lights, arming and locking various buildings.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
