**About the Opportunity**

REIMAR Construction is currently looking to employ multiple Rodmen, Concrete Finishers, and Labourers to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Site Superintendent, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
**Rodmen**:

- Positioning and securing steel bars in concrete forms to reinforce concrete
- Installing and securing rebar for concrete reinforcement
- Cutting and bending rods to required lengths, using appropriate power tools

**Concrete Finishers**:

- Placing, levelling, and finishing concrete to a high standard of finish using hand and power tools
- Using various finishing techniques to achieve proper grade and finish
- Patching and rubbing of concrete on walls and columns
- Operating tools and machinery as required

**Labourers**:

- Assisting with safety protocols
- Preparing and cleaning of job site before and after construction shift
- Retrieving materials and tools for carpentry work
- Dropping and flying fly tables
- Preparing and repairing of concrete
- Operating tools and machinery as required

More About You
- In order to qualify as a Rodman or as a Concrete Finisher, you will need previous experience in the role or equivalent, along with the eagerness for a challenge.
- In order to qualify as a General Labourer, our only requirement is motivation, tenacity, and the right mindset
- In addition, you must have effective communication and teamwork skills, and be able to reliably get to job sites located throughout Hamilton, Niagara, and the greater Toronto area.
